Returns and Refund

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase (counting from the dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email). Please contact us through the Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures before sending. We respectfully request that you include the delivery note with the return for our record.
**If a return is made without prior notice, COSME-DE.COM may not process the refund. COSME-DE.COM reserves the right to address any disputes at its discretion.

All products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return. COSME-DE.COM reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:

  • any opened or broken products
  • any discount, special, promotion, bundle, last chance, outlet items
  • Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
  • Returns made 30 days after the dispatch date

Please note that shipping fees for returns will not be covered. We kindly ask you to consider this before proceeding with any return requests.

For returns within 30 days, only a coupon will be offered, which is valid for use within 30 days from the issue date.

An order can only be returned once, therefore all return goods must be packed in the same package. If returned separately, only the first returned label will be recorded.

Currently, we do not offer exchange of items. Alternatively, you can return the purchased item () and place a new order. Please contact us through our Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures before sending. Please note that we will not bear the cost of return shipping.

For leaked or damaged products, please keep the delivery box and all packing materials. We will follow-up as soon as possible after you provide us with the following information:

  • Picture(s) of parcel box used to deliver the products (To check for damage in parcel exterior).
  • Pictures of the inner box (To check whether bubble wrap and/or inflatable packaging has protected product properly)
  • Pictures of leaked or damaged product in question
  • QR Code label on product

We double-check all orders before shipping them. But if an incorrect item was received, please return it (in a resalable condition) along with the original delivery note. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Before returning the incorrect item, please send your order number to us through the Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures.

All refund items will need to be unopened. Please see Returns and Exchanges section for more details.

In case the address you provided is incorrect causing the order undeliverable, or refused the order due to duty & tax, there will be relevant charges for refunds. Please see Undeliverable Package section for more detail. If you suspect that the order was lost, please contact us within 60 days for follow up. Please refer to Lost Shipment section for detail and follow up action.

Upon payment confirmation, refunds are not issued. Instead, a refund coupon will be provided, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

In case of any disputes, COSME-DE.COM reserves the right to make the final decision.
